When will my order ship?

Orders are typically shipping within 3-4 business days. Made to order crochet items can take up to two weeks to a month. These orders are handmade by me and I am only one person! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking. Tracking usually takes 24 hours to update after shipping labels get printed and scanned by USPS. Orders containing only stickers will not have tracking labels and will be sent through stamped mail. 

How long does shipping take? 

Domestic (United States) orders take 3-5 days to arrive once shipped. International orders can take up to 1-3 months to arrive depending on how far you are in the world. Please note that delays may occur nad are often outside of my control once they have left my hands.

Where do you ship to? 

I ship worldwide via USPS. If your country is listed here on the USPS website, I will be able to ship to you! However, there are a few exceptions. Currently, shipping to Australia and New Zealand is on pause because of Covid. Due to this, I will not be shipping to Australia and New Zealand. Because of VAT taxes in the UK, I will be shipping orders to the UK from my Etsy store.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges

I gladly accept cancellations so long as you email me with 24 hours of purchasing. I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has been damaged in the shipping process. Please email me to sort out any issues.

Do you do custom commissions?

Custom commissions are on pause but will be relisted on my website. 

Do you share crochet tutorials or patterns of your crochet work?

I share a few tutorials on my youtube page: /ShirleyDesignsThings.

Can I sell the items I create from your crochet tutorial or patterns?

No. My patterns and tutorials are for personal use only. Sharing my process for recreation is a privilege I grant to you. Selling the work from my patterns and tutorials is a violation of my terms of use.
